Analysis of the Fınancial Performance of Participation Bank in Turkey

Abstract: The aim of this study is appraise financial performance and determine rank of banks which operates in participation banks sector in turkey. In this study, 5 participation bank in turkey banks sector is analyzed using 9 financial ratio. Multi-moora, which is one of the multi-criteria decision making techniques, was used as the analysis method and 2016-2018 period was analyzed. Moora ratio method, referance point approach and full multiplication methods used to reach the conclusions of moora method. As a result of the analysis, it is determined that the participation banks having the best financial performance is vakıf participation.
