Evaluating The Efficiency of Enterprises Traded in Borsa Istanbul IT Sector

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to compare and analyze the activities of informatics sector enterprises traded in Borsa Istanbul in 2019 using the Data Envelopment Analysis method. In the study, a data set consisting of four inputs and four outputs was analyzed. In the measurement of the efficiency of the enterprises, the inputoriented CCR model was used and the Super Efficiency application was made in order to see the efficiency ranking among the active businesses. As a result of the study, active and ineffective enterprises were determined and target values were calculated for ineffective enterprises to increase their efficiency.
