Russian Journal of Industrial Economics, 2015, issue 1
Abstract:
The current state of the process of admissions in the Russian universities. The principal problems associated with the introduction of the USE. It is shown that its «apparent objectivity» leads to inflated results in peripheral regions, which affects the results of further progress. There is no possibility of obtaining full information on the results of a differentiated exam. It is proposed to resume the tests in high schools for specialized disciplines, leaving for the exam, as required, russian language and mathematics.
