THE INNOVATION – EDUCATION SYSTEM AS THE BASE FOR THE INNOVATIVE ECONOMY DEVELOPMENT

Abstract: For balanced socio-economic development of industrial enterprises of Russian regions proposed integrated continuous professional education system (NIPOS) training, which involves the interaction of secondary and higher education institutions with industry. Theoretical and practical training, as well as scientific and practical activities in an innovative educational system implemented throughout the life ways of man: the pupil – student – Specialist (employee). The principles of the interaction of socio-economic activities in systems with integrated educational system that promotes the formation and development of knowledge, skills and abilities, which is a determining factor in the growth of the modern industrial enterprise. NIPOS can become the basic educational integrated structure, forming a knowledge economy industrial region.
