Abstract: Managed innovative development of industrial enterprises in contrast to the natural diffusion of innovations requires special approaches to the borders and the depth of recognition, the properties of special analytical signs of the condition of the industrial environment in the design, modelling, forecasting and evaluation of the effectiveness of the flow of value and added value, received as a result of innovative change.
