Abstract: Article is devoted to the development of industrial production inRussiain the context of the problems of formation of small-scale and average businesses the real economy. Lists problems that hamper the establishment and expansion of productive capacity of small-scale enterprises, which in the opinion of the author, interfere with the successful work and deprive the prospects of this sector of the economy.
