IMPROVING OF THE INDUSTRIAL ENTERPRISES’ MANAGEMENT

Abstract: At the present time it has become more difficult to acquire competitive advantages through an effective financial management and investments in physical assets. The company’s ability to mobilize and use intangible assets has acquired more importance. The vital role in long-term organization’s surviving is acquiring such factors as strategic management, measurement and management of business processes, corporate culture encouraging technological and organizational improvements and an ability to get new customers.In the article it’s shown the mechanism of the enterprise’s economical management, grounded the ways of management’s improving and the tools that allow connect strategy with business processes.
