Abstract:
Development an algorithm of implementing a marketing information system with advanced preparatory stage, which allows to smooth over resistance. Review of the algorithm of implementation in the form of a complex that combines preventive measures, demolition of barriers hindering the implementation, strategic management and, therefore, directly the implementation process. The high degree of attention in the training of personnel to work with new programs that will effectively operate a marketing information system and require less investment to maintain its operation. Improving the competitiveness of enterprises through the use of marketing information system, which would enable a flexible and efficient management, fast and reliable decision-making.
