ECONOMIC EVALUATION OF THE INTEGRATION OF THE DOMESTIC USER IN THE STATUS OF THE PARTNER CONTROLLER IN THE POWER SYSTEM OF THE REGION

Abstract: IIn the article the author is given the economic evaluation of integration of domestic consumers in the status of the partner controller in the power system of the region. The analysis revealed the presence of a small group of domestic consumers with a "smart" by band of metered electricity, which will be a partner for the system. This group is one of the foundations for the creation of electricity balancing market in which the supplier acts, including nuclear power plants.
