Abstract:
In this article the theoretical component of the formation of human resources company, analyzed the views of scientists on this issue, as well as the methodologies of calculating the main indicators of the effectiveness of their use. For a clearer presentation of the proposed techniques considered their key performance indicators. In addition, the author offers an analysis of the labor force in stages with appropriate comments and conclusions.
