Abstract: The problems in implementation of wasteless production in Russian Federation and Kazakhstan are being discussed. The probability of small metallurgy business development is justified based on use of metallurgical factories scrap. An example of the model and menedqment methodology over efficient metallurgical resources utilization is being described.
