ELECTRIC POWER COMPLEX OF THE KYRGYZ REPUBLIC: PROCESSES OF THE ORGANIZATION AND REGULATION

Abstract: Within this article process of formation of an electrical power sector of the Kyrgyz Republic was considered and results of stage-by-stage realization of its reforming process were analysed. The structure of branch and processes of its actors interaction were studied that allowed to reveal the most actual problems and to offer adaptive recommendations to solve them.
