Abstract:
The paper addresses the question of how much is possible in the Russian context outsourcing achieve the main goal – to reduce costs. It is concluded that in the absence of real competition for the selected companies incentives to reduce costs not. The only real result – allegedly achieved increased productivity does not make economic sense, since this growth dummy.
