Abstract: The role, value and advantages of the state corporations in development and use of hi-tech branches on an example of some industries of the Russian Federation Is shown. Types of institutes of development are allocated and deciphered. Characteristics of the state corporations are given. Features of work of the state corporations in modern conditions of economic development are shown.
