Abstract: In article possibility of rational decision-making by investors about an investment of financial resources is considered can be provided on the basis of use of game models of cooperation and a competition. Theoretical aspects of their application are stated in the resulted work.Offered rules of game models of cooperation and competition represent financial planning principles on which basis probably to investigate and analyze applied models of distribution of financial resources at long-term and operative level of planning.
