Abstract:
The basis for calculating normative values advocated the rule of material inputs in physical terms. In modern conditions the company must have in their whole set of instruments for resource management – a necessary methodological support and computer programs for the formation of the whole regulatory framework for the management of financial and material flows. In case of necessity and due to changes in demand in the markets for finished products manufactured by the enterprise, it can quickly make adjustments.Application of the standard method can effectively manage working capital, inventory, processes, supply, production, marketing.
