Abstract: Working out, introduction and certification of system of a quality management is accompanied by certain difficulties, especially in the conditions of a lack of time and resources. The important role in their overcoming is played by directly labour collective of the organisation. From productivity of internal information interchange and readiness of employees to incur responsibility for acceptance of decisions corresponding to the activity and their consequences, essentially depend results of management.
