CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY AND ITS ROLE IN THE PERMISSION OF SOCIAL PROBLEMS

Abstract: In the given article experience of management by the property at the enterprises with the property of which is a version of the closed joint-stock companies is considered. Legal features of these enterprises allow connecting economic interests of various commodity producers, and organizational legal forms represent symbiosis of collective and joint-stock business.
