Abstract: At the serious approach to innovations and to economy modernization it is necessary to consider that Russia didn’t leave now yet a strip of system and financial crises and is at a stage of the narrowed manufacture and reproduction recession. To pass from recession to economic growth, it is necessary to pass a stage of regenerative growth. In article possible variants of development of economy of Russia are considered.
