EXPERIENCE OF INNOVATIVE OUTSOURCING IN IRON AND STEEL INDUSTRY

Abstract: The paper is considering one of the directions of innovative activity of Russian metallurgical companies. The direction is creation of scientific–and–technical centers which are occupied with the formation and implementation of research– and –technology and also innovative office policy (as exemplified by OJSC “Magnitogorsk Iron&Steel Works and OJSC “Severstal†). A way of development of a scientific–and–technical center with the use of outsourcing model is offered.
