CLUSTERING SYSTEM OF SERVICING FLEETS AS AN ELEMENT OF DEVELOPMENT OF REGIONAL ECONOMY

Abstract: The paper is studying the issues of clustering, i.e. joining up of Russia’s industrial enterprises in this country and abroad, and a concept to create a clustering system of servicing fleets (CSSF) in Kola peninsula is presented. This could make possible in future to increase the efficiency of national economy and competitiveness of the region. Today’s financial condition of the ship repair enterprises do not allow them to solve these problems without industrial cooperation.
