DEVELOPMENT OF ENTERPRISE MONITORING SYSTEM IN INDUSTRIAL ZONES AS A MANAGEMENT TOOL FOR REORGANIZING THE INDUSTRIAL CITY ZONES OF MOSCOW

Abstract: The paper considers the problem of increasing industrial enterprise management efficiency by means of the implementation of monitoringthe enterprises in industrial zones. The paper reveals the role of reorganization of industrial territories as one of the most urgent problems of Moscow development. It is suggested to employ the algorithm to carry out monitoring of the enterprises in the industrial zones. Such a system makes it possible to exercise an efficient management and also to improve the quality of management of an enterprise as a whole.
