ON THE TRANSITION TO SELF-REGULATION IN DESIGNING ACTIVITY

Abstract:
The necessity for design organizations to transit to self-regulation, implementation and certification of Quality Management System is substantiated. Both positive and negative aspects of this phenomenon are made clear. A concept of Quality Management System and its role in the activity of a designing institution are explained. Functions and prospects of general projecting are revealed.
