ASSESSMENT OF THE CURRENT STATE ENTERPRISES OF ELECTRONIC INDUSTRY AND APPROACHES TO IMPROVE THE OPERATIONAL MANAGEMENT OF THE ENTERPRISE

Abstract: There is the radio-electronic complex and its value in national economy is described in this article. The characteristic of some economic indicators for 2010–2011 is provided. Also article contains the main conclusions of expanded meeting of heads of the enterprises of the radio-electronic industry from March 14, 2012. The great attention is given to questions of management by the industrial enterprise at qualitatively new level in the conditions of modern market economy. There is one of modern tools of an operational management is described and analysed. Proceeding from the above-stated, conclusions are drawn on an economic situation of this industry nowdays and mechanisms of increase of efficiency of activity of the enterprise are offered.
