COMPETITIVE ANALYSIS OF HIGH-TECH ORGANIZATIONS: A PRACTICAL ASPECT

Abstract: The article contains analysis of fundamental and applied sciences in Russia during 100 years. The authors offers ideal model of science management. Strategy of blue oceans means searching of fields with low competition. There are some examples of high-technology Russian companies. This article tells about experience of national research universities in system of qualitative management. The model of private-state partnership was realized by IBS-company in MISA.
