SELECTION OF STRATEGY TO MANAGE CURRENT ASSETS AIMED AT INCREASING COMPANY’S GOODWILL AND CAPITALIZATION (EXEMPLIFIED BY METALLURGICAL ENTERPRISES)

Abstract: The paper is considering strategies to manage current assets as applied to assessment and increase of goodwill and capitalization of a company. A methodology is suggested to estimate company’s goodwill and capitalization due to the current assets management. An algorithm is also suggested to manage the optimal amount of current assets and shirt-term liability to achieve the best conditions for growth of the cost for the owners.
