VALUATION OF A GOING CONCERN WITH THE RIGHTS TO THE RESULTS OF SCIENTIFIC AND TECHNICAL ACTIVITIES

Abstract: A lot of technological platforms projects create now in Russia. Economic assessments of enterprises are important stages of this process. The first mention in this sphere is connected with «the Long-term forecast of scientifically-technological development of the Russian Federation for the period till 2025» where results of the analysis of the European experience are is short shown and recommendations about adaptation of this tool in Russia for formation of priorities of technological development on a number of technological directions are made.
