Abstract:
One of the most important aspects of Value-Based Management is identification of the value factors that have the greatest impact on the value of the enterprise, and risk factors in order to monitor and to control them.In this article the system of value factors of the company is proposed. Also the process of building a predictive model of industrial enterprise on the basis of value factors, using qualitative simulation is considered.
