THE MECHANISM OF AN ESTIMATION OF RISKS OF THE METALLURGICAL COMPANIES CAUSED BY INSTABILITY AND NON-UNIFORMITY OF DEVELOPMENT OF ECONOMY

Abstract: Clause is devoted estimations of risks business-processes of the company by means of the SWOT-analysis, to use of the modified algorithm of carrying out of the SWOT-analysis on business-processes, when factors of risks business-processes within the limits of each element (for example, strengths) will be located on the importance: the first will go the most important force, then the second and so on.The offered system integrated risk-management on business-processes and to the metallurgical enterprise can be estimated on the basis of quantity indicators of efficiency business-processes, such as (EBITDA; the net profit, etc.), that will allow to find an optimum parity between risk and profitableness in scale of all company due to decrease in probability of approach of risks.
