Abstract: The merits and demerits of traditional models of efficiency evaluation of functioning of the enterprises are considered in the article. The new system of efficiency evaluation of functioning of the enterprises, based on Balanced Scorecard is offered. The evaluation peculiarities of functioning efficiency of ventures with participation of foreign capital are shown.
