Abstract: The article by organizing information and suggestions to optimize the methodology for formation of insurance stocks of finished products formed algorithm using this method based on the specifics mining industry, separately for each of the nomenclature, separately for each process step, taking into account the seasonality of the work and the highest level of satisfaction with the needs of all customers and also in terms of economic efficiency.
