PERFECTION OF THE METHODICAL APPROACH TO REDUCTION OF THE EXPENSE OF METAL IN TRUMPET MANUFACTURE

Abstract: Based on the new classification of costs in the metal tube production, the refined interpretation of the term «marriage» and «technically unavoidable waste», proposed by the authors, developed a new technology significantly reduce these types of losses. The introduction of this methodology allowed us to obtain the «Seversky Tube Works» for five years, the economic effect in the production of seamless pipe size 1,700 million rubles.
