Abstract:
Some approaches to organization of innovation reform are investigated in this article. Russian high-tech enterprises have accumulated potential, which can be the basis of domestic innovation infrastructure. There are contemplated some possibilities of using objective models to animate and control innovation activity in recourses scarcity conditions.
