WORKING OUT AND OPTIMIZATION OF ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF VERTICALLY INTEGRATED HOLDINGS IN RUSSIA

Abstract: In the article author describes methods of creation and optimization of group companies organization structure and analyzes two main existing approaches for organization structure creation and improvement in vertically integrated Russian holdings. In addition author proposes and analyzes step-by-step algorithm of organization structure optimization in consideration group of companies uniqueness and gives examples of successful organization transformation and its results.
