Abstract:
In this article we briefly consider the problem of planning, which occurs when creating a holding company of vertically integrated structures. To address the complexity of the planning proposed for the transition from strategic to operational plans to create additional levels of planning – sales and operating planing (planning horizon of 15–18 months, consolidated groups of products, consolidated units) and order planning (6–9 months, the planning of specific orders, technological routes).
