FINANCIAL CONDITION OF THE COMPANIES OF ELECTRICAL POWER BRANCH OF THE KYRGYZ REPUBLIC: PRECONDITION OF CONTROLLING SYSTEM’S INTRODUCTION

Abstract: In article the analysis of a financial condition of all companies of electrical power sector of the Kyrgyz Republic on the basis of calculations of the corresponding indicators and the assessment of their dynamics, and also on the base of the Card of solvency created by the author was carried out. As a result actual for the sector and it’s actors issues were revealed and to solve them the recommendation at local level and at branch level of branch were offered by the author. Also adaptive model of controlling for the group of companies of the power sector as the instrument of coordination in the sector was given.
