Abstract: Article is devoted to a problem of construction of an environment of model of the mechanism of innovative development of the industrial integrated structure adequate to conditions. The basic requirements shown to construction  of the mechanism of innovative development of industrial integrated structure are formulated.  The model of the mechanism of innovative development of the industrial integrated structure on the basis of the resource approach is offered. The role of innovative potential as one of key elements of management innovative development of the industrial integrated structures, and develops a technique of an integrated estimation of its size is installed.
