Abstract: In the article the questions of formation of the integrated corporate structures in the steel industry of the Russian Federation in the framework of certain supply chains. Analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of vertically integrated companies in modern conditions, also the examples of industrial and economic activities of enterprises are shown.
