Abstract: This is a summary of large-diameter pipe production history: from the gas pipeline «Middle Asia-Centre» to the new business-concept «White metallurgy» based on the combination of production culture, high quality of products produced, environmental safety, responsibility and high personnel qualification introduced intensively within the framework of sustainable development strategy in the practices of production-economic activity of JSC «Chelyabinsk.
