ECONOMIC MECHANISMS OF IMPROVING BANKRUPTCY PROCEDURES

Abstract: The economic mechanisms of reorganization in bankruptcy  procedures  are presented in the article. It is proved that they are not needed in information economy that is confirmed with empirical data.
