Abstract: Annotation: The article discusses corporate raider characteristic. Practice of corporate raider widening possibility is shown as market subject interaction deconstructive forms in Russia. Legal regulations related to corporate raider sphere are under consideration.  Corporate raider counteraction  recommendations  are given on the regional level.
