THE ROLE OF OIL AND GAS REVENUES IN THE RESERVE FUNDS AND THE RUSSIAN BUDGET

Abstract:
The  role  of oil-and-gas incomes and  not  oil-and-gas in comes in formation of alternate funds and  the  budget of Russia for last decade are  analyzed. It is shown, that  the fraction of not oil-and-gas incomes in the budget for last decade is reduced. After 2008  these incomes began to be reduced and  is absolute.
