IMPROVING OF PRODUCTION’S ORGANIZATION AND MANAGEMENT OF THE FERTILIZER INDUSTRY DEVELOPMENT

Abstract: Russia has a large capacity for the production of mineral fertilizers. The development of the industry depends on the demand for fertilizers. The domestic market of mineral fertilizers is characterized by low pay. Preservation of the technical potential of the industry contributes to the export of mineral fertilizers. On the foreign markets of mineral fertilizers is intense competition between manufacturers. Companies within the industry are developing programs to innovate, improve the organization of production. The article analyzes the ways to improve the organization of production, the reasons for organizational change, show the mechanism of development and innovation in industrial enterprises of chemical fertilizers.
