MECHANISM OF REALIZATION OF OUTSOURCING OF NON-PROFILE BUSINESS-PROCESSES IN IRON AND STEEL COMPANY

Abstract: In the article the mechanism of realization of outsourcing of non-profile business-processes in iron and steel com pany is suggested. The steps of company reforming with use of outsourcing are given. The certain instruments for every step are recommended using which definite results can be achieved. Criteria of evaluation of outsourcing are offered.
