Abstract:
It should be noted that the main goal of most engineering enterprises – to maximize shareholder wealth. Achieving this goal is possible only with the latest techniques and management concepts, as a result, the limited financial resources of the machinebuilding enterprises will be effectively distributed. In modern industrial production focuses on the use of controlling systems, SCM concepts and SCORmodel. On the basis of a comparative analysis of the concepts that exist in the foreign and domestic literature, the article reveals an innovative point-value-added management process chain machine-building enterprises: the value added in the processing chain predicts, suggests and much determines the pricing system of the machinebuilding enterprise is the basis for the development of full servo control system to ensure the achievement of the strategic objectives of the engineering enterprise.
