Regulation and Modeling of Business Processes in Enterprises Based on a Systematic Approach

Abstract:
When creating effective business processes of the industrial enterprises it is necessary to apply the systematic approach. It will allow to timely eliminate possible problems by their working out, to provide the control of process dynamics, to promote organization of qualitative work in the conditions of the limited information and to make decisions under quickly changing environment of functioning of the industrial enterprises. Constructed on the basis of the systematic approach with applying the theory of uncertain quantities the aggregated management model can influence the quality of regulating influence and results in decreasing the risks of negative consequences of the accepted decisions. Modern information systems and some software products make modeling more detailed and evident.
