The Role of Management in Shaping the Modern Approach to Management in the Russian Economy under Crisis Conditions

Abstract: Â A large-scale modernization of the Russian economy with access to the economic growth will become possible if the government would execute the active policy in the scientific and industrial spheres for the purpose of technological renovation of the economic landscape and transfer the economy on the path of innovative development. As an important condition for elimination the crisis events of the national economy and prevention their occurrence in the future the application of new approaches to management of the economy at macro and micro levels is considered.The systematic control concept that allows to design the management trajectory, to determine the conjugation between economic policy and systematic management both by the state and private enterprise, is regarded as the most optimal for the organization of management of economic systems under conditions of instability, showing signs of poor and ineffective management.The management takes the central place in controlling the mechanism of functioning of any organization. Top managers have the task to maintain the balance and interaction of forces available in the organization and to determin its activity. The implementation of new approaches to the management requires new management competencies, identification, analysis and harmonization of the systems; analysis of all elements of the system in space and time and in interaction with the environment; production management, marketing, innovation, and business processes.
