At the same time linear dependence between the efficiency of management of joint property and the quality of corporate governance, the key indicators which have the greatest influence on the effectiveness of joint property. The author’s technique of an estimation of quality of management of joint property in the companies with state participation is largely formed on the basis of available Methodology for self-assessment of the quality of corporate governance developed by the Federal Agency for state property management in 2014 and has absorbed the best international practices of management in the specified sphere.
