Abstract: In the face of growing competition in the global economy, when an objective necessity for business is the provision of high speed changes, agile methodology has become a tool for fast and flexible development of new products and services. Interest to agile model followed by banks, IT-companies, is extended of many manufacturing companies, allowing them to improve supply chain management, reduce the period of output in the production of new products, implement the mentoring process, etc. The author believes that this model is not for our country in an entirely new phenomenon, because even in the USSR there were prototypes of agile. So the article emphasizes the importance of ensuring the continuity of institutions and business practices, stated that the further development of the Russian school management should not take place without careful analysis of the experience of the USSR. In the face of the Soviet State-Corporation party committees (structure of the CPSU) became initiators and organizers of the introduction of network interaction, the development of self-government in enterprises similar to adaptive model agile. Participation in the competition, the movement of producing leaders, active introduction of new methods of work require in the workplace caring, motivated employees, with active vital position. Such people, arising at work, after some time, fell into the sphere of attention of the Komsomol and party organizations involved in socio-political work. That is why in the USSR could be agile prototypes under the auspices of party committees operating in enterprises and organizations. But actions of participants of this process were not formalized as agile models currently used. Also the main purpose of functioning networks in the past, it was usually not creating something new, and improving existing (products, technologies, methods of work).
