Abstract: Adaptation of business models of financial and credit organization into technological companies is one of the modern development trends of the financial sector. Digital transformation of financial and credit organizations into technological companies is aimed at establishing partnership within service ecosystems and provide the customers with scalable solutions. The author of the article justifies the advantages of strategies of digital transformation of the leading technological companies with a banking license. On the basis of the V. Kvint’s theory of strategy and methodology of strategizing the author analyses the implemented elements of digital transformation strategy of technological companies and identifies their common development patterns.
